Our Egypt luxury holidays from UK airports are private tours of 4 to 15 days. You travel with your own Egyptologist guide, driver and vehicle, stay in five-star hotels, and sail the Nile on a luxury cruise ship or a small dahabiya. Prices start at $1,130 per person. International flights are not included, so you are free to choose your own airline and class.
Cairo is about five hours from London, close enough for a long weekend and far enough to feel like another world. We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator with our own office in Luxor, not a reseller. The company was founded by Egyptologist Essam Ali, who still leads tours, and it holds the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for 2024, 2025 and 2026.

No. You book your own international flights, which lets you choose your airline, airport and class. Direct flights from London Heathrow to Cairo take about five hours. Domestic flights inside Egypt are included in the tours that use them.
Yes. British passport holders can buy a tourist visa on arrival for $30 or apply online in advance through the official Egypt e-Visa portal. Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the day you arrive.
Every luxury tour is private. You have your own Egyptologist guide, driver and vehicle, with no other guests in your party, and you can change the pace or the order of visits.
Five-star hotels such as the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah, Kempinski Nile Hotel, Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza, The St. Regis Cairo and The Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo, and the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract in Aswan. On the Nile you choose a five-star luxury cruise ship or a dahabiya sailing boat.
Four days covers Cairo, or a Nile cruise on its own. Seven or eight days covers Cairo and a Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan without rushing. Ten days or more adds beach time on the Red Sea.
October to April, when the days are warm and dry. The October and February half-terms and Easter all fall in that season. Christmas and New Year are the busiest weeks and should be booked early.
We send a written quote first. A 25% deposit secures the booking, paid by secure online payment link or bank transfer, and we confirm the schedule for the balance by email. You can pay in pounds sterling.
Yes. On packages with domestic flights, children up to 2 years pay 30% of the adult price, children aged 3 to 5 pay 40%, and children aged 6 to 11 pay 50%. From 12 years the adult price applies.
