Egypt is a five-hour non-stop flight from Schiphol and only one hour ahead of Amsterdam, so even a four-day trip feels like a proper holiday rather than a race against jet lag.
We are a licensed Egyptian tour operator based in Luxor, not a reseller, and Essam Ali, the Egyptologist who founded the company, plans every itinerary himself. That matters for a luxury trip: we choose the hotel room, the cruise cabin and the hour you enter each site, so you see the Valley of the Kings before the crowds and Abu Simbel at first light. Packages run from four to fifteen days and start at $1,130 per person. Prices are in US dollars, and we invoice and accept payment in euros.
Choose a short break of four or five days around Cairo and Luxor, a week with a luxury Nile cruise, or two weeks that end on the Red Sea. All of them can be timed to the Dutch school holidays, and all of them start the same way: our representative meets you inside the arrivals hall at Cairo Airport and walks you through the visa counter.

Yes. Our website shows US dollars, but we issue your quote and invoice in euros and you pay by secure payment link or bank transfer. A 25% deposit secures the booking.
EgyptAir and Transavia fly non-stop from Schiphol to Cairo in about five hours. Corendon, TUI, Transavia and easyJet fly to Hurghada, and some serve Marsa Alam and Sharm El-Sheikh. KLM sells Cairo tickets with a connection.
Yes. You can buy a tourist visa on arrival at Cairo Airport for US$30, with our representative’s help, or apply online for an e-Visa. Your passport must be valid for six months after arrival.
Egypt is one hour ahead of the Netherlands all year round.
Yes. Every luxury tour is private to your party: your own Egyptologist guide, driver and vehicle, and no other travellers join you.
October to April. The autumn holiday, Christmas, the February spring holiday and the May holiday are all good times, but book luxury hotels and cruise cabins about three months ahead for those dates.
Diamond tier hotels include the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah, the Kempinski Nile Hotel and the Mövenpick Resort Aswan; Elite tier hotels include the Four Seasons at Nile Plaza, the St. Regis Cairo, the Nile Ritz-Carlton and the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract in Aswan.
