Day 1 Arrive in Cairo, Egypt

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative from “Egypt Best Vacations,” who will guide you through the arrival and visa procedures. Enjoy complimentary free time at your hotel, marking the commencement of your 11-day Egypt tour package in Cairo, Nile cruise & Hurghada.

Day 2Tour to Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara

As the morning sun bathes Cairo in a golden glow, anticipation buzzes in the air. Today marks the dawn of your 11-day Egyptian odyssey, a journey brimming with ancient wonders, sun-kissed beaches, and the mesmerizing whispers of the Nile. Your adventure begins right at your hotel, where a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide awaits. With eager smiles and hearts brimming with anticipation, you climb aboard a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle, ready to unlock the secrets of Egypt’s legendary past.

Today, you will visit the Giza Plateau. Today’s tour includes the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure with the great Sphinx. The only ancient wonder which still remains (Khufu’s pyramid) awaits you. Today you will learn about the history of the pyramids, how they were constructed, and why they were constructed.

Then on to the first pyramid in history of humanity, the Step Pyramid of King Djoser at Saqqara. Saqqara is one of the most important and richest necropolises in Egypt. It was the cemetery of Memphis, the 1st capital city of United Egypt in 3200 BCE. Then, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 3Tour to Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel and Khan El-Khalili

Explore the fantastic contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Hundreds of objects from all periods of Egypt’s past are displayed on the two floors of the museum.

From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, built-in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel. You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Then, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4Fly to Aswan - Aswan Tour - Nile cruise Vacation

A fabulous Nile cruise vacation awaits! The following four days of your 11-day Egypt Tour will be spent cruising along the Nile River. So, you will take a transfer to Cairo Airport to fly to Aswan to begin your 3-night Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor.

Meet your guide just outside the arrival terminal at Aswan Airport to commence your tour. Explore the highlights of the beautiful City of Aswan such as the High Dam, one of the great engineering feats in the 1960s. Then proceed to the beautiful Temple of Isis at Philae Island. End your tour at the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk. Then, transfer to your Nile cruise ship. Overnight in Aswan.

Optional tour: Tour to the Nubian Village in Aswan

Day 5Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu

Enjoy a free morning on board your cruise ship or join us on an optional tour to the phenomenal temples of Abu Simbel

Your Nile cruise ship will set sail to Kom Ombo around the lunchtime. Disembark at Kom Ombo to visit the twin Temple of Horus and Sobek. The right part of the temple is dedicated to Sobek (Crocodile deity), his consort Hathor and their son Khonsu. The left part of the temple is dedicated to Horus the Elder (Heru-ur or Haroeris), his consort Tasenetnofret (“the good sister”), and their son Panebtawy (the Lord of the Two Lands).

Enjoy a short visit to the Crocodile Museum before you go back to your river cruise to set sail to Edfu. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 6Edfu - Esna - Luxor East Bank Tour

Before/after your breakfast, you will take a horse and carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is very intact, none of its elements are missing but the Sacred Lake and two obelisks. The Sacred Lake was on the east side of the temple but now vanished under the city’s modern houses. The two obelisks were located in front of the main gate of the temple. The Temple of Edfu is fully inscribed with reliefs and hieroglyphs on its exterior and interior walls.

Take your carriage back to your cruise ship to set sail to Luxor via the Lock of Esna. Upon arrival in Luxor, you will visit the massive Temple of Karnak and the majestic Temple of Luxor. These temples were dedicated to the Theban Triad; Amun, Mut and Khonsu. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7Luxor West Bank Tour - Hurghada

Disembarkation, followed by Luxor West Bank tour. Visit the magnificent Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom were buried to hide their tombs from the grave robbers. From the Valley of the Kings to the unique temple of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut, who ruled for about 20 years as a sole pharaoh. End your tour at the Colossi of Memnon of Amenhotep III.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in USD per person per trip. You can also make your payment online through a secure payment gateway with no additional fees or surcharges.

The initial price is based on one adult in a group and reflects the lowest price during the low season.

Tour Voucher

Once your tour is confirmed, we will send you an email with the final tour confirmation and a voucher to print and bring with you. This voucher will include all necessary details, such as customer care contact numbers, the tour operator’s information, and other relevant details for your convenience.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in our tour packages and is left entirely to your discretion. While it is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by the people who assist you during your journey.

Children Policy

  • 0 – 1.99 years: Free of charge (unless flights are included).
  • 2 – 5.99 years: Pay 25% of the tour price or 50% if flights or a sleeper train are included.
  • 6 – 11.99 years: Pay 50% of the tour price.
  • 12+ years: Pay the full tour price as an adult.
  • If your tour package includes airfare, additional charges for children may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge cancellation fees for tours canceled due to ‘force majeure’ events such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, if you cancel for personal or business reasons after we have incurred booking costs on your behalf, these costs will be charged to you.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 31 to 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 61 to 90 days before check-in: 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

Between 25-50% to secure your booking through a payment link. Payment can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa) through our VeriSign Secured payment system. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to our representative upon the start of your tour.

We don’t provide a travel insurance. We recommend to buy it beforehand if you want

Extra Expenses & Additional Entry Tickets

Our tours do not include entrance fees for special archaeological sites such as:

  • Walking inside the pyramids.
  • Tombs of Seti I and Ramses V in the Valley of the Kings
  • Entering the Tomb of Tutankhamun in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

These attractions require an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to add or adjust anything in your itinerary.

Other personal expenses during your trip may include:
