Embark on your 12-day Egypt & Jordan Tour as our driver/guide collects you from your hotel, initiating an enchanting full-day exploration of Petra. Enjoy a full-day tour to the very famous Petra ruins. Inhabited since prehistoric times, this Nabataean caravan-city, situated between the Red Sea and the Dead Sea, was an important crossroads between Arabia, Egypt, and Syria-Phoenicia. Petra is half-built, half-carved into the rock, and surrounded by mountains riddled with passages and gorges. Day 3Explore Jerash and Nebo

Visit the ruined City of Jerash, the largest and most interesting Roman site in Jordan. Jerash or Jarash, is one of the world’s best preserved ancient Roman sites. Day 6Fly to Luxor - Nile River Cruise Vacation

A stunning Nile cruise vacation beckons! The subsequent five days of your 12-day Egypt & Jordan tour will be aboard a River Nile cruise. Begin this segment by transferring to Cairo Airport, where you will catch a flight to Luxor, marking the commencement of your four-night Nile River cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Meet your guide just outside the arrival terminal at Luxor Airport to commence your tour. Explore the largest temple in the world, the Temple of Karnak, and the majestic Temple of Luxor. Both temples were dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Then, transfer to your Nile cruise ship. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7Visit Kings Valley, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon

Today, you will visit the glorious tombs of the Valley of the Kings. The pharaohs during the New Kingdom ceased building pyramids and cut their tombs deep into the mountain trying to hide them from grave robbers. There are 65 tombs at the Valley of the Kings, your guide will recommend the best three tombs of the open ones to visit. From the glorious Valley of the Kings to the unique temple of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut who served as a solo pharaoh for about 20 years. You will end your trip at the giant Colossi of Memnon which survives from the Temple of pharaoh Amenhotep III. Then, transfer back to your Nile cruise ship to sail to Edfu via the Lock of Esna. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 8Explore Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

Take a horse and carriage to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is the most intact temple in Egypt and it was built during the Greco-Roman period. The Temple of Edfu is fully inscribed with reliefs and hieroglyphs on its exterior and interior walls. Take your carriage back to your Nile cruise ship to set sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the twin temple of Sobek, the Crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Then proceed to the Crocodile Museum in the vicinity of the temple. After the tour, the ship will sail up to Aswan where it moors for the next two days.

Day 9Aswan Tour

Welcome to the lovely City of Aswan. Your Aswan tour includes the largest engineering project in the 1960s, the High Dam, then to granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk, and the amazing Temple of Philae. This temple was built during the Greco-Roman period and dedicated to Isis, goddess of Love and Magic in ancient Egypt. Then, transfer back to your cruise ship. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 10Fly back to Cairo

Day 11Coptic Cairo, Saladin Citadel and Khan El-Khalili Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, which was built in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel. Continue to the Coptic Cairo District to visit the Hanging ChurchAbu Serga Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Then, transfer back to your hotel for the final night of your Egypt & Jordan tour in 12 days.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in USD per person per trip. You can also make your payment online through a secure payment gateway with no additional fees or surcharges. We accept USD, Euros, GBP, CAD, AUD and NZD.

The starting price is for one adult in a twin room on a group tour. It shows the lowest price during the low season. There’s a single supplement for single accommodation.

Tour Voucher

Once your tour is confirmed, we will send you an email with the final tour confirmation and a voucher to print and bring with you. This voucher will include all necessary details, such as customer care contact numbers, the tour operator’s information, and other relevant details for your convenience.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in our tour packages and is left entirely to your discretion. While it is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by the people who assist you during your journey.

Children Policy

  • Children from 0-2 years pay 30% of the adult price.
  • Children from 3-5 years pay 40% of the adult price.
  • Children from 6-11 years pay 50% of the adult price.
  • Children from 12 years pay adult price.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge cancellation fees for tours canceled due to ‘force majeure’ events such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, if you cancel for personal or business reasons after we have incurred booking costs on your behalf, these costs will be charged to you.

  • From the date of booking up to 75 days before the date of your arrival, 10% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 74 and 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 14 and 08 days before your arrival date, 90% of the total tour price will be charged.
  • Between 07 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

Between 25-50% to secure your booking through a payment link. Payment can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa) through our VeriSign Secured payment system. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to our representative upon the start of your tour.

Extra Expenses & Additional Entry Tickets

Our tours do not include entrance fees for special archaeological sites such as:

  • Walking inside the pyramids.
  • Tombs of Seti I and Ramses V in the Valley of the Kings
  • Entering the Tomb of Tutankhamun in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

These attractions require an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to add or adjust anything in your itinerary.
