You get 60 minutes of free waiting time from your actual landing time. For domestic flights, waiting time is 45 minutes. If you need more time (e.g., lost luggage), just message the emergency number provided, and we will extend waiting for an additional small fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to a 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival are non-refundable, and 100% of the transfer price will be charged.
