Tour Itinerary: How it Works

Book online and tell us where to pick you up: your Alexandria hotel or your cruise ship. Add your Cairo or Giza hotel and the time you’d like to leave. We confirm your booking by email with your driver’s details.

If you are staying at a hotel, your driver meets you in the lobby and helps with your luggage. If you are arriving by cruise ship, leave the port through the passenger exit and your driver will be waiting just outside the port gate.

Settle into your private air-conditioned vehicle for the journey south along the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, about 220 km through the desert and farmland.

After about 3 hours, depending on traffic, you arrive at the door of your hotel in Cairo or Giza, ready to start the next part of your Egypt holiday.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in USD per person per trip. You can pay online through a secure payment gateway with no additional fees or surcharges. We accept USD, Euros, GBP, CAD, AUD and NZD. The starting price is per group based on our smallest group tier (1-3 travellers).

Cruise Passengers

Drivers are not allowed inside the port area. Your driver meets you just outside the gate of Alexandria port. Please send us your ship’s name and arrival time when you book.

Luggage

Please tell us how many suitcases your group has when you book. We will make sure your sedan, minivan or minibus has enough space.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit between 25-50% is required to secure your booking through a payment link. The remaining balance will also be paid through payment links.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 50 hours before your transfer.
25% charge if you cancel between 50 and 24 hours before your transfer.
50% charge if you cancel less than 24 hours before your transfer, or if you don’t show up.
