Day 1 Arrive in Cairo, Egypt

One of our representatives from Egypt Best Vacations will meet you at Cairo International Airport to help you through the arrival and visa regulations. Then, transfer to your hotel for free time and get ready to start your 10-day Cairo, Nile cruise and Hurghada Easter holiday.

Day 2Visit Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara

Your actual 10-day Egypt Easter holiday begins when our professional tour guide picks you up from your hotel to commence your tour to the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and Saqqara.

You will, first visit the Giza Plateau, where you will have an opportunity to explore Khufu’s Great Pyramid, Khafre’s Pyramid, Menkaure’s Pyramid, and the Great Sphinx. Your Egyptologist tour guide will explain to you how and why the ancient Egyptian kings built their pyramids. He will tell you about the mystery behind the pyramids.

Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant, then take a visit to the Step Pyramid of Saqqara, the first stone structure to be constructed by King Djoser and his architect Imhotep. After that, transfer back to your hotel for overnight in Cairo.

Day 3Egyptian Museum, Coptic Cairo and Khan El-Khalili Tour

Explore the fantastic contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Hundreds of objects from all periods of Egypt’s past are displayed on the two floors of the museum. Then proceed to Coptic Cairo suburb for an Easter spiritual tour.

Witness the beauty of the magnificent Hanging Church, which was built on the top of one of the towers of  Roman Babylon Fortress. Continue your Cairo spiritual tour to Abu Serga Church, where the holy family was hiding for three months in a cave under this church. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant, then proceed to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, the largest bazaar in the middle east for some shopping. Then, return to your hotel for and overnight in Cairo.

Day 4Fly to Aswan - Aswan Tour - Easter Nile cruise Vacation

A stunning Ester Nile cruise vacation beckons! Early breakfast in the hotel before flying to Aswan to begin your 3-night Easter Nile River Cruise from Aswan to Luxor which is the most beautiful part of your 10-day Cairo, Nile cruise and Hurghada Easter holiday. Meet your guide just outside the arrival terminal at Aswan Airport to commence your Aswan tour.

Your first stop will be at the High Dam, a dam built in the 1960s, to generate hydroelectricity and to stop floods. Then take a motorboat to explore the Temple of Philae, which was built primarily during the Ptolemaic period and is one of the most incredible Temples in Egypt. It was due to the construction of the two dams in Aswan that UNESCO had to relocate the temple. End your journey at the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk. Then, transfer to your Nile cruise ship. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu

Day 6Edfu - Esna - Luxor East Bank Tour

After or before breakfast, you will be taken in a horse-drawn carriage to visit Edfu’s Temple of Horus, which was built during the Greco-Roman era and is the most intact temple in Egypt. Afterward the cruise will sail from Edfu via the Lock of Esna on its way to Luxor.

Once you reach Luxor, you will have the chance to see the largest temple in Egypt, the Temple of Karnak, built by several pharaohs in ancient times, as well as the majestic Temple of Luxor, which is  connected to Karnak by the ceremonial Sphinxes Avenue. These temples were dedicated to Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, the Theban Triad. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7Luxor West Bank Tour - Hurghada

Disembarkation, followed by Luxor West Bank tour. Visit the magnificent Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom period were buried. Your guide will recommend the best three open tombs to visit. From the Valley of the Kings to the unique Temple of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years as a sole pharaoh. You will end your tour at the Colossi of Memnon.

After your Nile odyssey, prepare to swap ancient sands for pristine beaches! Pricing Policy

All our prices are in USD per person per trip. You can also make your payment online through a secure payment gateway with no additional fees or surcharges.

The initial price is based on one adult in a group and reflects the lowest price during the low season.

Tour Voucher

Once your tour is confirmed, we will send you an email with the final tour confirmation and a voucher to print and bring with you. This voucher will include all necessary details, such as customer care contact numbers, the tour operator’s information, and other relevant details for your convenience.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in our tour packages and is left entirely to your discretion. While it is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by the people who assist you during your journey.

Children Policy

  • 0 – 1.99 years: Free of charge (unless flights are included).
  • 2 – 5.99 years: Pay 25% of the tour price or 50% if flights or a sleeper train are included.
  • 6 – 11.99 years: Pay 50% of the tour price.
  • 12+ years: Pay the full tour price as an adult.
  • If your tour package includes airfare, additional charges for children may apply.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge cancellation fees for tours canceled due to ‘force majeure’ events such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, if you cancel for personal or business reasons after we have incurred booking costs on your behalf, these costs will be charged to you.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 31 to 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 61 to 90 days before check-in: 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

Between 25-50% to secure your booking through a payment link. Payment can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa) through our VeriSign Secured payment system. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to our representative upon the start of your tour.

We don’t provide a travel insurance. We recommend to buy it beforehand if you want

Extra Expenses & Additional Entry Tickets

Our tours do not include entrance fees for special archaeological sites such as:

  • Walking inside the pyramids.
  • Tombs of Seti I and Ramses V in the Valley of the Kings
  • Entering the Tomb of Tutankhamun in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

These attractions require an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to add or adjust anything in your itinerary.

Other personal expenses during your trip may include:
