These Booking Conditions and our privacy policy form the basis of your contract with Egypt Best Vacations. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred
By making a booking with us, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:
Information provided on our website is, to the best of our knowledge, accurate at the time of publication. We will advise you of any errors or changes prior to any booking
It is a condition of booking with us that you have adequate travel insurance including any pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, loss of property etc. The cost of repatriation, medical and other treatment can be high and we are unable to assist in meeting those costs. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
If you or any other member of your party decides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us immediately. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received by us and will be effective from the date on which we receive it.
Any cancellation of day tours must be made within 24 hours. Any cancellation within that period will be subject to cancellation charges of 50%. No refund for tours cancelled at short notice, less than 24 hours will be available.
Refunds will not be available on scheduled flight tours.
Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements, you will have to pay the cancellation charges as follows:
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements including, inoculations and health certificates are your responsibility. Requirements should be checked well in advance of travel. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.
If you or any member of your party have any special requests, you must advise us at the time of booking. We will endeavor to meet your requirements; however, all special requests are subject to availability. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your booking, please provide us with full details before you make your booking so that we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements.
We will provide appropriate assistance if you require help whilst on tour with us by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur if the difficulty is your fault.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin or double sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an addition of a supplementary rate.
Rooms within solo tours or tours for singles are based on a single occupancy and kids are not allowed to join this tours, with minimum age of 18 years old to join these tours.
Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile some Cruises itineraries, schedule and sailing times may be updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
