Day 1 Arrive in Luxor, Egypt - Nile cruise

Arrive at Luxor International Airport. Meet and assist by our representative of “Egypt Best Vacations” who will help you through the arrival and visa regulations.
Meet your guide to commence your Egypt tour in 8 days from UAE & Arabian Gulf. Explore the largest temple in the world, the Temple of Karnak, and the majestic Temple of Luxor. Both temples were dedicated to the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.
Transfer to your Nile cruise ship. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 2Kings Valley, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon

Visit the glorious tombs of the Valley of the Kings. The pharaohs during the New Kingdom ceased building pyramids and cut their tombs deep into the mountain trying to hide them from grave robbers. There are 65 tombs in the Valley of the Kings, your guide will recommend the best three tombs of the ones open to visit.

From the glorious Valley of the Kings to the unique Temple of the female pharaoh Hatshepsut who served as a solo pharaoh for about 20 years. You will end your trip at the giant Colossi of Memnon which survived from the Temple of pharaoh Amenhotep III.
Return back to your Nile cruise ship to set sail to Edfu via the Lock of Esna. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 3Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

Take a horse and carriage to the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is the most intact temple in Egypt and was built during the Greco-Roman period. The Temple of Edfu is fully inscribed with reliefs and hieroglyphs on its exterior and interior walls. 

Take your carriage back to your river cruise to set sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the twin Temple of Sobek, the Crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Then proceed to the Crocodile Museum in the vicinity of the temple. After visiting the temple, the ship will sail up to Aswan where it moors for the next two days.

Day 4Aswan Tour

Welcome to the lovely City of Aswan. Your tour today includes the High Dam which was designed during the 1960s to generate electricity and to stop floods. Continue to the granite quarry of the Unfinished Obelisk, and the amazing Temple of Philae. Head back on board or a free evening in Aswan.

Day 5Disembarkation - Fly to Cairo

Disembarkation. Transfer to Aswan Airport to fly to Cairo for the remaining part of your Egypt tour in 8 days from Arabian Gulf. Transfer from Cairo Airport to your hotel.

Day 6Giza Great Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara

Day 7Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel and Khan El-Khalili

Explore the fantastic contents of the historical Egyptian Museum at Tahrir Square in Cairo. Hundreds of objects from all periods of Egypt’s past are displayed on the two floors of the museum.

From the museum to the Citadel of the Sunni Muslim leader Saladin, which was built in 1172 to protect Cairo against the Crusaders. The White Mosque of Mohammed Ali Pasha is a prominent feature of the citadel. You will finish your tour today at the historical bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, the largest bazaar in the Middle East.
